What You'll Do
- Lead/execute community marketing tactics and integrated commercial planning for the achondroplasia launch of infigratinib (US).
- Work with Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other stakeholders; report to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Embed market needs into cross-functional product team planning.
- Drive innovative tactics and identify untapped opportunities.
- Lead brand planning, messaging, and claims for the achondroplasia community.
- Develop ambassador programming; identify unmet community needs to refine launch planning.
- Lead agile, cross-functional teams to launch community marketing campaigns.
- Develop and track program metrics; coordinate with digital marketing for customer engagement.
- Partner with Value and Access and with advocacy/region teams to support education and community access.
- Collaborate with agency partners, sales, commercial operations, brand analytics, IT, and MCM.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 8+ years commercial biotech/pharma experience; 3+ years in Marketing.
- Launch experience in a competitive market (preferred); rare disease experience (preferred).
- Ability to derive insights from complex clinical data and market research.
- Understanding of drug development; strong oral/written/presentation skills.
- Passion for serving people living with genetic conditions; self-starter; handles multiple projects.
- Travel ~20% required; curiosity adapting AI-powered tools.
