Director, Market Access Payer Accounts

Role: Director of Market Access Payer Account at Summit Therapeutics, leading relationships with national and sub-national payers to ensure product access, reimbursement, and affordability in oncology. Responsibilities: develop and execute strategies with payers including health plans, PBMs, Medicare, Medicaid, and VA/DoD; build relationships with decision-makers, influence coverage policies, support communication between Medical Affairs and payers, and collaborate on pricing, contracting, and HEOR initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or related field; 10+ years biotech/pharma experience with at least 5 years in oncology access; strong payer engagement experience in US markets; excellent strategic, negotiation, and relationship management skills; knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment; ability to travel as needed.
