Key Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic advisor to Oncology Business Unit Leadership; align GLD priorities with US Market Oncology launch and in-market priorities.
- Influence decisions on strategy, resourcing, budget, and prioritization.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to design and execute end-to-end learning strategies aligned to brand/business objectives.
- Lead integrated launch learning plans (therapeutic area and product knowledge).
- Embed advanced customer engagement capabilities (including AI-enabled approaches and mindset shifts).
- Orchestrate onboarding, launch readiness, and continuous development across Oncology franchises.
- Collaborate with GLD Centers of Excellence for learning production, delivery, and engagement aligned to the technology roadmap.
- Evolve learning approaches using digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions; benchmark and innovate.
- Build/lead Learning Partners and Learning Consultants; foster performance, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Lead in a matrix environment without direct authority; ensure onboarding produces highly capable, customer-facing professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (or pursuing degree completion) or equivalent HR/related experience.
- 12+ years in US Pharma Sales/Marketing/business roles; 6+ years in Learning & Development (preferred).
- 10+ years leading high-performing teams; strong matrix influence.
