Role: Director of Learning & Organizational Development at a clinical-stage biopharma focusing on post-bariatric hypoglycemia, Wolfram syndrome, and ALS. Objectives: develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational capability, leadership, and employee growth; foster a culture of continuous learning aligned with company values. Responsibilities: design scalable learning solutions, leadership, and career development programs; support organizational change, culture, and employee engagement initiatives; oversee learning operations, vendor management, and measurement of program effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational or Leadership Development in high-growth, regulated environments; experience facilitating leadership workshops and organizational interventions; strong partnership skills with HR and business leaders; ability to navigate fast-paced settings. Preferred: Master’s in related fields, certifications such as DiSC, coaching, Leadership Circle Profile; experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
