Job Summary (Primary Function)
The Director of Corporate & GPO Accounts manages C-suite and pharmacy relations within national accounts, regional accounts, and GPOs/Oncology Alliances for the Incyte Oncology Portfolio, and provides competitive intelligence for the Market Access marketplace.

Essential Functions (Key Responsibilities)
- Create field sales access and HQ opportunities.
- Negotiate Incyte Oncology Portfolio contract services on behalf of Market Access; coordinate with Legal for review/execution; manage services contract relationships.
- At launch/new indications, identify opportunities and services from Corporate & GPO Accounts and present to Market Access, Brand Strategy, and Sales Operations to support launch initiatives.
- Identify initiatives/services from corporate accounts aligned to Market Access & Distribution and Brand/Marketing/Sales Operations needs.
- Coordinate communication of GPO initiatives and pull-through strategies with customers.
- Manage all aspects of GPO Agreements; conduct quarterly business reviews and evaluate GPO-aligned sales channels.
- Drive implementation of account strategy across corporate and GPO/Alliance levels; build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Create and implement strategic/tactical plans for national/regional corporate accounts across inline and launch readiness.
- Lead GPO contract pull-through nationally; set strategy for regional strategic accounts with Medically Integrated Dispensing Pharmacies.
- Identify account issues and engage HQ resources; present promotional messaging for the Oncology Portfolio; participate in customer/industry meetings.

Qualifications (Minimal Acceptable)
- ~60% travel.
- Superb oral/written communication; strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- Existing relationships with marketplace stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Oncology sGPO/acute GPOs; Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement programs; Oncology State Societies/Physician Networks; emerging clinical pathways; IDNs; 340B; specialty pharmacy distribution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Required: National/Strategic Account Manager experience in oncology.
- Experience in Market Access segments: Oncology GPOs/IDNs.
