Position Summary:
Director, International Policy Analytics will lead analytical assessments of ex-U.S. pharmaceutical policy and pricing reforms and translate international policy developments into decision-ready insights for enterprise strategy, policy research evidence generation, and external policy engagement (Europe, Asia-Pacific, and other key geographies).

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical assessments of international pharmaceutical policy reforms (pricing, reimbursement, access, HTA, and trade-related policies).
- Build and apply analytical frameworks/models to assess portfolio and enterprise impact of government pricing and reimbursement.
- Monitor/interpret international statutes, regulations, policy guidance, and HTA processes; translate into actionable, market-specific insights.
- Produce analyses to support policy research positions, evidence packages, and advocacy narratives.
- Provide analytics supporting external engagement with governments, regulators, HTA bodies, and stakeholders.
- Assess cross-market/spillover effects and implications for enterprise strategy.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and written materials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, pricing, market access, Legal, HEOR, Finance, and BIT.
- Track emerging policy trends; identify risks/opportunities and escalate recommendations.
- Use digital tools and AI-enabled analytics to improve rigor and scalability.
- Provide guidance/quality oversight and mentor team members.

Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred (MPH/MPP/MBA/PhD/PharmD or equivalent).
- 7–10+ years in international health policy, pricing, reimbursement, HTA, or policy analytics.
- Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical policy frameworks (pricing, reimbursement, HTA, access).
- Experience with cross-market policy dynamics and synthesizing complex policy environments.
- Strong written/verbal communication for executive discussions; comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Cross-functional/matrix experience.
- Willingness to engage with digital/AI-enabled analytics tools.
