Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as International CRM intelligence lead, translating customer, campaign and market data into action-oriented recommendations (next-best-action) that shape CRM strategy; ensure market-level insight informs global strategy.
- Lead predictive and diagnostic analytics to measure CRM effectiveness (segmentation, propensity, lifetime value, churn, channel preference, engagement, conversion) using established methods and AI/ML to anticipate needs.
- Define CRM data quality, product segmentation, and audience attribute requirements; diagnose/escalate data gaps blocking CRM activation with Data & Audience Strategy and data engineering.
- Use generative and agentic AI to accelerate insight generation, reporting and synthesis; design reusable prompts, analytical agents and โ€œskillsโ€ for self-serve insight.
- Partner with KPI Council and Business Insights & Reporting to maintain CRM KPIs and define trust/performance measures for AI-generated content and agentic journeys (quality, brand safety, human review/escalation).
- Define/evolve CRM dashboards and self-serve insight across priority brands and markets using standardized metrics; align with market/brand leaders on local dynamics.
- Lead ad hoc international/regional CRM research and opportunity sizing to inform CRM strategies and investment decisions (market sizing, segmentation, LTV, cross-sell, new-market opportunities).
- Define and socialize CRM data collection/management best practices (consent, ePermissions, list management, data quality/hygiene) and stay current on privacy and responsible-AI guidance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree with 10+ years relevant experience.
- Hands-on customer analytics platform experience (e.g., Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics) and strong SQL (write/join/optimize complex queries).
- Demonstrated AI fluency; working understanding of ML approaches for CRM audiences (segmentation, propensity/NBA, churn, uplift) and comfort partnering with data science/AI teams.
- Track record turning data into measurable commercial/marketing recommendations.
- Experience defining/implementing regional analytics/reporting and scaling internationally.
- Intermediate/advanced data & analytics; understanding of CDP/audience attributes/data governance enabling personalization at scale.
- Experience partnering with Legal/Compliance on privacy and consent across markets.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a matrixed environment; executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

- Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masterโ€™s degree; hands-on CDP/audience platform experience (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud) and predictive/decisioning tools.
- Advanced SQL across multiple complex databases.
- Experience defining measurement/governance frameworks for AI-generated content/agentic journeys.
- Comfort in emerging/ambiguous environments; pharmaceutical/healthcare and international direct-response marketing knowledge.
- Advanced degree in Marketing/Business/quantitative field; multilingualism.
