Role Responsibilities
- Lead International CRM decision intelligence: turn customer/campaign/market data into action-oriented recommendations and next-best-action; ensure market insight flows into global strategy.
- Own predictive & diagnostic analytics to measure CRM effectiveness (segmentation, propensity/NBA, LTV, churn, channel preference, engagement, conversion) using established methods and AI/ML.
- Define CRM data & segmentation foundations (data quality, product segmentation, audience attributes); diagnose/escalate data gaps blocking activation with Data & Audience Strategy/data engineering.
- Apply generative/agentic AI to accelerate insight generation (prompts, analytical agents/skills) and embed AI as a core capability.
- Maintain CRM KPIs and define measures of trust/performance for AI-generated content and agentic journeys (quality, brand-safety, human review/escalation).
- Define/evolve CRM dashboards and self-serve insight; include standardized metrics (no parallel numbers).
- Lead ad hoc international/regional CRM research and opportunity sizing (market sizing, segmentation, LTV, cross-sell, new-market opportunities).
- Define CRM data governance & privacy best practices (consent, ePermissions, list management, data hygiene) and stay current on privacy/responsible-AI guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs + 10+ years relevant experience.
- Hands-on customer analytics platform (e.g., Adobe/Google Analytics) and strong SQL (write/join/optimize complex queries).
- Demonstrated AI fluency; working knowledge of ML for CRM audiences (segmentation, propensity/NBA, churn, uplift) and comfort partnering with data science/AI.
- Proven track record turning data into decisions and marketing recommendations with measurable results.
- Experience scaling regional analytics/reporting across markets; intermediate/advanced data & analytics.
- Understanding of data foundations enabling personalization (CDP, audience attributes, data quality/governance).
- Partner with Legal/Compliance on data, privacy, consent.
- Strong matrix leadership, executive presence, influence.
- Fluent English.

- Masterβs; CDP/audience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud); predictive/decisioning tooling; advanced SQL with schemas; measurement/governance for AI/agentic journeys; pharma/healthcare & international direct-response marketing knowledge; multilingualism.
Non-standard schedule/travel
- Occasional travel β€20%; time-zone flexibility (NA East Coast reporting line); virtual/remote possible.
