Role Responsibilities:
- International CRM decision-intelligence lead; translate customer/campaign/market data into recommendations shaping CRM strategy and next-best-action.
- Own predictive & diagnostic analytics for CRM effectiveness (segmentation, propensity/next-best-action, CLV, churn, channel preference, engagement, conversion) using AI/ML.
- Define data quality, product segmentation, and audience attributes; diagnose/escalate data gaps blocking CRM activation (with Data & Audience Strategy/data engineering).
- Use generative and agentic AI to accelerate insights generation; build reusable prompts/analytical agents/skills for self-serve insight.
- Partner with KPI Council/Business Insights & Reporting to maintain CRM KPIs and define trust/performance metrics for AI-generated content and agentic journeys.
- Define/evolve CRM dashboards and self-serve insight for International CRM; ensure metrics align to standardized reporting.
- Lead CRM research and opportunity sizing (market sizing, segmentation, CLV, cross-sell, new-market opportunities) to inform strategy/investment.
- Define CRM data governance/privacy best practices (consent, list management, database hygiene) and stay current on privacy/responsible-AI guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree + 10+ years relevant experience.
- Hands-on customer analytics platform experience (e.g., Adobe/Google Analytics) and strong SQL (build/join/optimize complex queries).
- AI fluency; working knowledge of ML for CRM audiences (segmentation, propensity/NBA, churn, uplift) and comfort partnering with data science/AI.
- Track record turning data into measurable marketing/commercial decisions; experience scaling regional analytics/reporting internationally.
- Understanding of CDP/audience attributes/data quality & governance; partnering with Legal/Compliance on privacy/consent.
- Exceptional matrix leadership and executive influence; strong writing/presentation; role model for Pfizer values; fluent English.
Preferred:
- Masterβs; CDP/audience platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud); predictive/decisioning tools; advanced SQL; measurement/governance frameworks for AI content/agentic journeys; pharma/healthcare knowledge; advanced degree in marketing/business/quant; multilingual asset.
Travel/Work: Occasional travel (β€20%); time zone flexibility; hybrid 2β3 days/week onsite (US/EU/Kirkland, Canada).
Benefits/Pay (as stated): Base salary $176,600β$294,300; bonus target 20%; eligible for long-term incentive; 401(k) with match and additional retirement contribution; paid leave; medical/dental/vision.
