Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for Field Insights & Analytics across Neuroscience and Renal; oversee insight generation and decision support for in-market brands and evolving priorities.
- Serve as the โ€œfront doorโ€ to Insights & Analytics for field leaders; partner with field leaders and General Managers to align insights to business priorities and enable timely decisions.
- Deliver proactive, integrated, executive-ready narratives that connect field realities and cross-functional analytics to risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
- Lead adoption/maturation of standardized analytics frameworks anchored to enterprise/portfolio KBQs; ensure consistency in metrics/methodologies and scalable, repeatable decision support.
- Lead field data strategy with capability teams to ensure outputs are relevant, scalable, and fit for strategic/operational decision-making.
- Provide POD/SQUAD leadership for Insights & Analytics representation; influence cross-functional decisions and drive prioritization/trade-offs.
- People leadership: directly manage the Associate Director (Renal) and provide coaching/prioritization guidance.
- Own disciplined planning, tracking, and execution of field analytics initiatives (sequencing, resourcing, progress/outcomes/dependencies/risks visibility).

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; MBA/advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ yearsโ€™ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare insights, analytics, strategy, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of specialty portfolios and complex multi-asset environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions via integrated insights.
- Experience working across matrixed, cross-functional teams and leading through complexity.

Desirable:
- Prior people leadership experience strongly preferred.

Compensation (explicitly stated):
- Salary expected range: $185,500โ€“$344,500/year; performance-based cash incentive; possible annual equity eligibility.
