In the Respiratory / Immunology Key Account Lead (IKAL) role, you serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to high-value Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) healthcare accounts, driving long-term engagement, operational excellence, and business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, establish, and actively lead the IDN/Healthcare account strategic Account Plan.
- Participate in development of strategic marketing resources; foster key relationships within each account; implement resources that improve patient diagnosis, timely treatment, and outcomes in immunological diseases.
- Engage and coordinate with patient support services to support patient pull-through at health systems.
- Identify and remove barriers to collaboration to drive efficiency and accountability across teams.
- Own development of comprehensive account profiles (strategic priorities, customer mapping, growth opportunities).
- Analyze performance metrics, utilization trends, and customer feedback to generate insight.
- Maintain a dynamic view of account engagements using CRM tools and dashboards to monitor progress and inform future initiatives.

Qualifications/Required:
- Bachelorโ€™s and/or masterโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 12+ years of biopharmaceutical experience in field-facing commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Reimbursement, Account Management, Thought Leader Liaison, Market Access, District Manager, and other commercial/marketing roles).

Preferred:
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
- Prior background in Respiratory/Immunology and/or Market Access; account management experience calling on large academic centers, Integrated Health Networks, and C-suite interactions.

Skills/Experience:
- Account profiling, planning, mapping, and gap analysis.
- Executive presence.
- Ability to build relationships and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Customer-centric, results-oriented approach.

Travel:
- 50โ€“70% travel (including weekend travel as needed).
