Director, Human Resources

Role: HR Director serving as a strategic partner to Vericel's Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams, focusing on talent and organizational strategy. Responsibilities: develop and execute talent management initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management; advise senior leaders on organizational health and effectiveness; facilitate leadership development and capability building to support growth. Requirements: 10+ years of HR experience, ideally supporting biotech, pharma, or life sciences commercial functions; expertise in organizational design, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development; bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, with advanced degree preferred; proven ability to influence senior leadership and align HR strategies with business goals.
