Director, Human Resources Business Partner - Commercial

Role: HR Business Partner supporting Alnylam's US commercial and medical affairs teams, focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities: partner with senior leaders to develop workforce plans, optimize team effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and drive leadership development through coaching and talent identification. Act as a strategic change management advisor, analyze talent data to inform decisions, and execute enterprise-wide HR initiatives in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years HR experience, preferably in biotech or global fast-paced environments; strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
