Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead HR initiatives supporting business transformation, including change management.
- Conduct organizational assessments (SWOT) with business leaders; use engagement surveys and performance data to identify improvement areas.
- Support leaders with workforce planning: assess capabilities, identify gaps, forecast future needs, and redesign/optimize org structures.
- Recommend role/reporting line adjustments to improve efficiency and collaboration; ensure scalability.
- Oversee leadership development, talent acquisition/retention/development, high-potential identification, and succession planning.
- Partner to establish performance management aligned to strategic objectives; advise on complex employee relations while ensuring legal/regulatory compliance.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives and act as a change agent.
- Support transformation initiatives with risk mitigation; continuously improve HR programs.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- Experience aligning HR strategies to business goals with senior/executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen; use data/metrics/HR analytics.
- Proven experience in organizational change/transformation (culture, talent planning, performance management).
- Employee relations expertise; manage complex issues and HR risks.
- Ability to design and implement compliant HR policies/practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
