Director, Human Resources Business Partner

Role: The Director, HRBP (R&D) is a strategic partner serving senior leadership in a biopharma R&D environment, primarily focused on transforming organizational effectiveness and talent strategies. Responsibilities: advise on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, change management, and talent management; support organizational re-design and M&A activities; collaborate globally with HR teams to leverage data and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field; extensive progressive HRBP experience, particularly in biopharma R&D or life sciences; strong influencing, coaching, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in HR systems (preferably Workday); ability to operate within a global, matrixed environment. Preferred: pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D experience, HR certifications.
