Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, partner on workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development, and support enterprise HR initiatives. Foster a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with company values. Requirements: 10+ years in progressive HR roles, with significant experience supporting manufacturing or regulated environments like pharma, medical devices, or healthcare; prior leadership of HR teams preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Skills: Demonstrated success in organizational change, workforce planning, employee relations, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
