Director, Human Resources

Role: Director of Human Resources supporting Corcept's R&D-focused organization, primarily working with senior leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives. Responsibilities: execute organizational design, change management, employee relations, learning and development; support HR programs including performance management, policies, compliance, and HRIS enhancements. Requirements: BA or higher, at least 10 years of HR management experience, strong interpersonal, leadership, project management, and communication skills; experience with pharmaceutical industry and drug development lifecycle. High-Value: focus on R&D and clinical trial lifecycle, broad HR scope including policy compliance and employee engagement, supporting a biotech/pharma organization focused on cortisol modulation therapies.
