Director HTA Statistics & RWE Methods

Role: Director of HTA Statistics & RWE Methods within Johnson & Johnson's Global Commercial Strategy, leading scientific rigor in data generation for innovative medicines. Responsibilities: oversee study design, dataset feasibility, protocol development, and dissemination of indirect treatment comparisons, post hoc analyses, and real-world evidence across all therapeutic areas and lifecycle stages. Serve as key reviewer for RWE methodologies, ensure compliance with regulatory and HTA requirements, and support market access strategies. Lead the development of advanced study designs, statistical analyses, and capability building, including training and development of coding libraries and analytics platforms. Requirements: postgraduate degree (MSc, PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or related; minimum 8 years' experience in pharma, biotech, or consulting with expertise in advanced statistical methodologies, indirect treatment comparisons, causal inference, and RWE. Skills: deep knowledge of clinical trial design, secondary data sources, statistical programming (SAS, R), and regulatory standards; strong project management. Preferred: PhD, PharmD, or MD; experience with AI/ML analytics, and familiarity with health economics and market access.
