Director, HRBP - US Commercial

Role: Senior HR Business Partner supporting the U.S. Commercial organization and Princeton site, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: advise senior leaders on workforce strategy, lead talent review and succession planning, coach leaders on performance and change management, handle employee relations and workplace investigations, and partner on compensation and organizational changes. Collaborates closely with HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Global HR to ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred; 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP responsibilities, ideally within biotech, pharma, or highly regulated industries. Demonstrated success in partnering with leadership, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change. Skills: strong business acumen, influence in matrixed/global environments, excellent communication and relationship skills. High-value specifics: supporting a commercial biotech/phase-focused organization, with emphasis on leadership effectiveness, talent, and organizational health. Work setup: primarily on-site at Princeton, with up to 20% travel domestically and internationally.
