Director, HR Technology

Role: Lead the strategy, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Alnylam’s HR technology ecosystem, with ownership of SuccessFactors modules and integration of AI/digital capabilities. Responsibilities: develop and execute multi-year HR tech roadmap; serve as the SuccessFactors owner ensuring system integrity, compliance, and design to meet global needs; drive AI, automation, and innovative digital solutions; collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to prioritize and govern platform enhancements; oversee system implementation, upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships; lead a high-performing HR tech team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field; 10+ years in HR technology with enterprise platform leadership, with experience in SuccessFactors preferred; proven success in large-scale HR tech initiatives; strong stakeholder management skills; experience with AI, automation, or digital HR solutions; experience in global/regulatory environments ideal.
