Director, HR Business Partner

Role: Director, Human Resources Business Partner supporting Denali's biotech operations, focusing on developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities: serve as a senior business partner and advisor; collaborate on organizational design, talent acquisition, learning, compensation, benefits, and employee relations; assess internal talent needs; facilitate employee growth and retention; support compensation and benefits strategies; address performance gaps; leverage HR systems and analytics; lead people-focused initiatives to enhance engagement, connection, growth, and inclusion. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 15+ years of broad HR experience, including 5+ years in HR business partnering; experience in team-building, HR program development, and implementation; proficiency in HRIS and ATS tools; pharmaceutical/biotech experience preferred.
