Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and help implement integrated multicultural/inclusive marketing strategies (unbranded and branded) for Rezdiffra and pipeline assets.
- Gather customer/market insights via advisory boards, focus groups, and primary market research to understand needs, behaviors, and barriers of diverse populations (e.g., women with MASH and co-morbidities; Hispanic/Latino, African American, Asian, and other segments).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DTC/HCP marketing, corporate affairs/patient advocacy, medical affairs, regulatory, legal) to ensure compliant, culturally appropriate content.
- Identify and partner with thought leaders, community organizations, advocacy groups, and healthcare professionals to build trust and engagement in underserved communities.
- Co-create educational campaigns and culturally relevant content across digital/print/social/patient materials.
- Ensure marketing materials comply with pharmaceutical regulatory, legal, and medical guidelines.
- Track/analyze campaign performance and optimize future initiatives; manage relationships with agencies/vendors.
Required & Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field (MBA/MPH preferred).
- 12–15+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing/advertising with significant multicultural marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and health disparities; multilingual preferred.
- Experience in regulated environments (pharma/biotech preferred).
- Knowledge of FDA advertising and promotion guidelines.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Strong communication/storytelling/stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
