Director- HEOR Oncology Research Scientist

Role: Lead health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) scientist within Lilly Oncology, focusing on evidence generation and strategic leadership to support drug development, market access, and product differentiation. Responsibilities include developing and executing HEOR strategies across the oncology portfolio, integrating HEOR insights from early clinical stages through commercialization, and leading studies on health economics, patient-reported outcomes, and real-world evidence to demonstrate product value. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of HEOR scientists, collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams, and communicating research findings effectively. Requirements: PhD or PharmD/MS with 7+ years experience in HEOR strategy, research execution, and leadership, preferably in oncology. Skills include extensive knowledge of health economics, real-world data, and patient outcomes, as well as strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities. Preferred: prior oncology HEOR experience, proven leadership, and ability to influence decision-makers.
