Director, HEOR

Role: Lead the development and execution of global HEOR strategies for Gilead's liver, inflammation, and emerging viruses (LIVE) portfolio, supporting marketed products and pipeline. Responsibilities: collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, medical affairs, and market access teams; develop evidence generation plans, including studies and models; support product value proposition, reimbursement, and market access efforts; contribute HEOR insights to clinical development and partner with HEOR COE on PRO strategies; disseminate study results and stay current with regulatory issues. Requirements: minimum 8 years in pharma or managed care, with direct HEOR experience; expertise in HEOR study design, modeling, and global value dossier development; strong understanding of US/global healthcare and reimbursement landscapes; excellent communication skills. Preferred: experience in viral hepatitis or PBC US managed care; advanced degree in HEOR. High-Value: focus on viral hepatitis, PBC, biologics or small molecules, with involvement in global health systems and reimbursement decision-making. Work setup: site-based in Foster City, CA or Parsippany, NJ, with a hybrid model (Tues-Thurs in-office, optional remote Mon/Fri).
