Director, HEOR

Role: Lead global HEOR strategies and programs for Gilead's liver, inflammation, and emerging viruses (LIVE) portfolio, supporting marketed products and pipeline development. Responsibilities: develop and implement evidence generation plans, support product value propositions, collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, marketing, medical affairs, market access), contribute to clinical development input, and maintain industry regulatory awareness. Requirements: minimum 8 years in pharma or managed care with HEOR expertise; strong knowledge of HEOR assessments, study design, and global value dossiers; understanding of US/global healthcare systems and reimbursement; excellent communication skills. Preferred: experience in viral hepatitis or PBC managed care; advanced HEOR degree. High-Value: focus on viral diseases, biologics or small molecules, with emphasis on health economic evidence for market access, reimbursement, and commercialization. Work setup: site-based in Foster City, CA, or Parsippany, NJ, with hybrid work model; no travel specified.
