Key Responsibilities
- Set clear direction for the Campaign Orchestration team in partnership with the Suite Lead; align priorities with business priorities and team goals.
- Serve as a CXO liaison across brand teams; coordinate briefing, content creation, reviews/approvals, and activation across personal and nonpersonal channels.
- Translate business priorities into team priorities, scope, and success measures.
- Provide input into CXO omnichannel and digital capabilities (tech stack, investment needs) using campaign/orchestration insights.
- Lead customer engagement strategy across digital and personal channels (branded, non-branded, unbranded): channel mix, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
- Lead media activation and performance oversight (search, buying across channels, tentpole campaigns) and partner on measurement (e.g., MMA, social listening, IQVIA) to operationalize effectiveness.
- Oversee end-to-end orchestration/execution of integrated omnichannel campaigns across franchises.
- Establish structured intake/prioritization; drive adoption of centralized orchestration standards (next-best-action, integrated campaign planning) using analytics to reduce fragmented execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing, scalable team; set priorities, manage performance, develop talent; interpret metrics for optimization.

Collaboration
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with brand teams; partner with cross-functional teams (Content Factory, MLR Operations, Digital & Web Ops, Customer Operations, Advanced Analytics & Optimization).
- Represent Campaign Orchestration with Franchise, Medical Affairs, and Market Access stakeholders; communicate needs/dependencies in forums.

Required Knowledge/Skills
- Translate strategies into omnichannel engagement plans and coordinate execution.
- Deep understanding of journey orchestration platforms, marketing automation, and engagement decisioning tools.
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with MLR review platforms and regulated content governance.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in campaign orchestration/omnichannel marketing/customer engagement in pharma.
- 6–8 years’ people leadership; demonstrated experience leading teams including Senior Managers/Associate Directors.

Preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree).
- Experience in highly regulated industries; rare disease/specialty brands.

Working Requirements
- 20–25% travel.
