- Lead the HCP marketing strategy for atopic dermatitis, ensuring integration with the broader brand strategy.
- Advocate for the Dermatology strategy; articulate priorities and ensure alignment across Regeneron, Sanofi, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee development of HCP promotion strategies, messages, and tactical campaigns for Dermatologists and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Build and deploy a competitive market strategy to address evolving competitors and market dynamics.
- Drive cross-functional and alliance collaboration with Sales, Medical Affairs, TLLs, Market Research, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, and HEOR to deliver cohesive, compliant initiatives.
- Ensure marketing programs comply with corporate policies, regulatory/ethical frameworks, and alliance standards.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet scope and performance expectations.
This Role Requires
- Bachelorβs degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 12+ years progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech (or related field).
- 8+ years U.S. commercial experience in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related areas.
- Dermatology and/or Immunology marketing and sales experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success navigating complex alliance or co-promotion partnerships.
