Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the seborrheic dermatitis indication: evolve strategy to deliver growth and customer satisfaction; conduct brand assessment using insights/analytics; develop aligned strategies and action plans; deliver a multichannel HCP plan to increase market share; may shift to other indications (e.g., plaque psoriasis, atopic dermatitis).
- Own HCP strategy across channels; shape field experience; influence sales leadership; accountable for delivery of associated campaigns; demonstrate leadership and initiative.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Field Sales, Training, and Access to develop tactical/logistical plans and timelines; implement phases of plans to meet objectives; ensure message consistency and synergies with marketing workstreams (P2P/MCM).
- Build growth strategy and tactical plans; execute high-impact creative campaigns and compelling content with a high-impact channel plan.
- Manage agencies: develop creative/content; gain approvals for tactics/collateral; deliver campaigns; partner with insights team to assess effectiveness and refine approach; ensure vendor compliance with company/industry policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with HCP MCM and P2P teams to ensure message consistency.
- Build KPIs using shared metrics/dashboards; measure effectiveness and adjust plan.
- Maintain strong marketing voice with clear POV on what drives brand growth.
- Command respect of sales leaders; articulate strategy/rationale; drive consistent field delivery.
- Shepherd special projects/initiatives as needed.
- Demonstrate company values and adhere to corporate guidelines.
- Manage budget and vendor financials (SOWs, POs, invoices).
- Travel ~20β30%.
Education & Licenses and Experience
- Bachelorβs degree in business or scientific discipline.
- 8+ years marketing experience; 2+ years in director role (preferred).
- Success developing strategic/tactical plans and budgets for one or more brand indications; differentiated messaging across personal and nonpersonal channels.
- Experience shepherding insights projects to completion (quant/qual/ATUs/message testing via TMPs/concept testing).
- Experience marketing dermatological topical products (strong plus).
Competencies & Skills
