Responsibilities:
- Evolve and operationalize PTC’s corporate visual identity across digital channels; translate brand into usable guidance.
- Build and maintain modular, scalable toolkits (templates, components, digital guidelines, accessibility guidance).
- Establish quality standards/review processes for corporate-facing creative (digital, social, web, video, events, internal comms).
- Lead social-first creative strategy (organic/paid); design/art-direct social content from evergreen to campaigns.
- Partner on content planning, creative briefs, testing/learning, and performance-informed optimization.
- Guide creative direction for short-form video, motion graphics, and animated explainers; manage storyboards, direction, and reviews.
- Elevate enterprise presentations via information design, narrative structure, and on-brand visuals; define/enforce standards/templates.
- Coach stakeholders (employees, vendors/agencies) on the corporate brand and how to use it.
- Partner with Product Marketing to align corporate brand expression with product/campaign needs; enable “aligned, not identical” localization.
- Support unmet-need/disease awareness initiatives with cohesive cross-channel creative.
- Identify overlap/duplication/brand risks and recommend consolidation/governance.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communication, Patient Advocacy, MLR/Medical/Legal/Regulatory, Digital, and Commercial; manage agencies/freelancers.
- Build streamlined creative workflows (intake, prioritization, review routing, versioning, asset libraries).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design/visual communications or related field.
- 10+ years design experience in biotech/pharma; social/digital design in regulated/complex environment.
- Proficient with Adobe CC (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator/After Effects), Canva, Figma, and MS Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel).
- Strong judgment for regulated communications; ability to influence without authority; translate business goals to strategic/execution-ready design.
- Demonstrated leadership of brand systems across digital/social, video, and presentations.
- Working knowledge of regulated review environments (e.g., MLR).
- Strong digital design (typography/layout/art direction/accessibility-minded); attention to detail; thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven work.
- Create/produce/edit/annotate assets and documents per specifications; apply feedback to continuous quality improvement; minimal-supervision initiative.

Travel: 10–20%.
