Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global HEOR strategies and programs for Gilead inflammation products to inform, support, and strengthen commercialization activities including clinical development, marketing, and market access
- Partner with cross-functional business partners to develop and support product value propositions to optimize access, reimbursement, and uptake
- Identify global HEOR evidence requirements and gaps; design, conduct, and deliver studies, models, and tools to support value demonstration and product differentiation for assigned indication
- Provide HEOR input into clinical development programs
- Partner with HEOR COE to guide development of PRO strategies; ensure PRO endpoints are included in product labeling and support product differentiation
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry regulatory issues and research relationships with HEOR KOLs
- Disseminate HEOR data and study results
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years’ experience
OR
- Master’s degree and 10 years’ experience
OR
- PhD and 8 years’ experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or managed care, including direct experience in HEOR
- Strong understanding of HEOR assessments; technical expertise in designing and executing HEOR studies and models
- Experience developing global and AMCP dossiers
- Comprehensive understanding of US/global healthcare systems and reimbursement processes/decision making
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in therapeutic area and/or US managed care

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $226,185.00 - $292,710.00
- May be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and benefits package (company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance)
