Director, Global Talent Acquisition Enablement & Effectiveness

Role: Lead global Talent Acquisition enablement and effectiveness to enhance recruitment strategies, processes, technology, and employer branding at Alcon. Responsibilities: define and improve TA enablement strategy, oversee TA technology roadmap and adoption (e.g., Workday Recruiting, sourcing platforms), manage global employer branding and sourcing channels, develop analytics and insights to optimize recruitment performance, lead onboarding strategy, and oversee operational and financial management of TA initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years relevant experience with at least 6 years of leadership in TA enablement, operations, or technology; strong business acumen; proficiency in English. Preferred: experience with global TA technologies, ROI analysis, vendor management, inclusive hiring, and working across regions and cultures. High-Value: focus on talent attraction, employer branding, TA technology strategy, analytics, and process optimization within a global, compliance-focused environment.
