Director, Global Retirement, Benefits COE

Role: Director of Global Retirement within the Benefits Center of Excellence, overseeing international retirement and pension plans outside the US, ensuring compliance, competitiveness, and alignment with BMS's global HR strategy. Responsibilities: develop and execute global retirement strategies; establish governance frameworks; monitor market trends and regulatory changes; manage de-risking initiatives like plan buyouts; select and oversee third-party vendors; collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Operations for plan administration and communication; provide senior leadership and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 11+ years in benefits with strong experience in international benefits programs, including retirement plans; technical knowledge of regulations; hands-on experience with Defined Benefit activities, funding, actuarial processes, and de-risking strategies preferred; project leadership skills; experience in matrix and shared service environments.
