Director Global Procurement- Training and Development

Role: Director, Global Procurement - Training and Development at Regeneron, leading the strategic design and execution of procurement learning initiatives to build capabilities, talent pipelines, and a strong learning culture. Responsibilities: develop and implement a global procurement education strategy, design scalable training programs across onboarding, functional skills, systems, and leadership; lead early talent programs, establish competency frameworks, partner with HR and external providers, and measure training impact through analytics; coach team members for performance and career growth.
