Summary:
The Director, Pricing and Market Access Strategy Lead (PASL) β Immunology will shape and drive the Global Market Access (GMAx) strategy for admilparant, a late-stage immunology asset, with impact on positioning for access success across US and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated Global Market Access strategy for admilparant with HEOR, anchored by differentiated payer value propositions (clinical, humanistic, economic).
- Ensure value propositions are supported by robust evidence (interventional, non-interventional, real-world data).
- Lead GMAx input to the Global Product Team to incorporate Market Access into development plans and optimize registrational trial design; ensure study designs include evidence generation plans meeting payer needs.
- Monitor competitive immunology access environment to identify pricing, reimbursement, and policy developments; inform cross-functional teams on implications for admilparant and the portfolio.
- Embed access and pricing insights into brand/commercialization strategy to reflect payer realities across US and international markets.
- Partner with HEOR and Regulatory on evidence generation and optimal label/PRO claims to strengthen value propositions and long-term economic value.
- Lead the Global MAx Core Value Team for admilparant.
- Drive end-to-end Market Access project management and execution; align priorities, resolve dependencies, embed insights into brand strategy, and share best practices.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA and/or post graduate degree desired.
- Minimum 5 years in Global Market Access, Pricing, and/or HEOR (ideally pharma/biotech).
- Deep understanding of global market access environment for immunology (pricing/reimbursement approaches).
- Product development and commercialization knowledge; ability to assess trial design impact on payer strategies and critique protocols/endpoints. Launch/commercialization experience desired.
- Strong business and financial acumen; distill multiple perspectives into recommendations.
- Proven ability to craft and communicate access strategy to senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and ability to constructively challenge partners.
- Experience navigating international, multi-lingual, cross-functional matrices; manage multiple projects; work in ambiguity.
- Ability to travel to international congresses and internal meetings.
