Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of global market access & reimbursement strategy (including Global Plan for Access/GPA) across all indications for assigned oncology pipeline assets; partner with V&I and Evidence Generation (CORE) and alliance partners.
- Coordinate V&I inputs to evidence plan generation; provide market access input for budget impact/clinical economic models when needed; advise on market access needs for new trials, launch indications, and expansions.
- Lead access pillars across commercial plans and senior management reviews; manage plan budgets; track launch/competitive and clinical development progress.
- Partner with regional/local access teams to incorporate country needs into asset access strategies and V&I plans; define minimum clinical data needed for Go-To-File decisions.
- Conduct payer market research to inform asset access strategy and value dossier development.
- Track competitive reimbursement positions/tactics to inform access/pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with pricing teams on strategy awareness and support materials near launch.

Qualifications (Required):
- BS/BA in business or science.
- 7+ years in market access, marketing, market research, pricing/reimbursement, outcomes research, or managed markets.
- Knowledge of product development/commercialization; US and ex-US payer environment understanding.
- Success in large complex initiatives; lead cross-functional matrix teams.
- Strong financial/analytical, project management, and communication skills; commercial acumen and strategic integration.

Preferred:
- MBA/MS or post-graduate degree; deep knowledge of global oncology and access/pricing.

Benefits/Compensation (if applicable): $190,800.00–$300,300.00; annual bonus and long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off).
