Position Summary:
Global Medical Director, Sjogren’s Disease (SjD). Core member of Global Medical Sotyktu and SjD Launch Teams, leading development/execution of medical and launch strategies across markets; ensure evidence needs are met via clinical trials and real-world data analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Medical leader for Sjogren’s Disease medical affairs; lead and develop direct reports within Rheumatology medical team.
- Develop, communicate, and execute global medical strategy/tactical plan for SjD.
- Request and manage medical budget to support strategy execution.
- Represent medical affairs in cross-functional leadership forums; drive alignment with clinical, market access, and commercial teams.
- Provide expert input on pathophysiology, diagnosis, and unmet medical needs.
- Partner with medical matrix team on global medical strategy, launch plans, evidence generation, and medical communications.
- Build/sustain relationships with market medical teams, global KOLs, and professional societies.
- Lead advisory meetings; analyze Phase 3 program data; collaborate on real-world studies.
- Work with Medical Communications to translate evidence into publications and maintain scientific resources.

Qualifications & Experience (required/preferred):
- Advanced scientific/medical degree (PhD, MD, DO, PharmD).
- 5–7+ years pharma/biopharma experience.
- Leadership/managerial skills.
- Medical evidence generation; Global/US medical affairs and/or HEOR and/or launch experience.
- Immunology and/or Rheumatology and/or clinical development ideal.
- Strong data analysis and medical communication understanding; ability to distill complex science.
- Strong communication, planning/organization, problem-solving, confidentiality/integrity.
- HQ-based; global travel up to 25%.
