Director, Strategic Alliances β€” Oncology Portfolio & Alliance Strategy (PAS)

Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the oncology strategic alliance model toward long-range, portfolio-shaping collaborations.
- Lead priority alliances to ensure alignment with oncology/hematology portfolio priorities and long-range strategy.
- Provide oversight for SPARC (external thought leader) council & alliances strategy, governance, communications, and engagements.
- Lead strategic engagement with priority academic partners, including joint data-generation roadmaps and co-development of proposals.
- Integrate alliance-derived insights into oncology decision forums (e.g., portfolio prioritization, MEG, CDP, GPT) to influence asset strategy and investment decisions.
- Advance organizational knowledge of alliance partner capabilities.
- Liaison to Professional Societies and Portfolio Strategy Leads to support key societies and congresses.

Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.) in a scientific discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
- 7–10+ years in oncology drug development, medical strategy, portfolio strategy, or related roles; exposure to multiple tumor types/hematologic malignancies and/or modalities.
- Credibility engaging senior external experts and translating insights into strategy.
- Strong understanding of oncology pathways, biomarkers, and decision frameworks (early and/or late stage).
- Ability to lead strategically, influence without authority, and align across matrixed global teams.
- Cross-functional execution in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple priorities.
- Fluency with digital tools, emerging technologies, and AI applications.
- HQ based; travel ~20%.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Princeton, NJ, US: $207,490–$251,433.
