Job Title: Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead, Neurodegeneration

Job Duties:
- Lead and oversee medical affairs strategy for Neurodegeneration pipeline assets, focusing on pre-launch activities for Alzheimerโ€™s Disease, Parkinsonโ€™s Disease, and ALS.
- Develop and execute cross-functionally aligned medical affairs strategies with worldwide partners.
- Collaborate with Global R&D, Market Access, and Commercial on regionally aligned differentiation and medical adoption strategies.
- Own external engagement: global advisory boards; medical symposia and congress coordination; pre-approval access plans; KOL and PAG engagement; collaborative research groups and/or pre-competitive consortia; coordinate regional activity.
- Develop Global Evidence Generation strategies for specific assets.
- Contribute to governance and strategy of the Global Medical Affairs Neuroscience Therapeutic Area (programs, people, budget).
- Design and execute Global Medical Affairs Phase 3b or Phase 4 studies, including staffing and budget management.
- Provide medical input to shape global Neuroscience asset strategies.
- Ensure consistent processes and excellence in planning and delivery.
- Set performance goals, monitor results, and provide timely performance feedback.
- Recruit, retain, and develop Neuroscience talent.

Other:
- Hybrid work; may telecommute. 30% travel (domestic & international).

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a Director, Global Medical Affairs Lead, Neurodegeneration-related occupation.
