Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the long-range commercial plan for Selatogrel, integrating patient-flow insights, epidemiology, market sizing, pricing and access assumptions, supply considerations, and investment needs.
- Design scalable go-to-market models and launch sequencing recommendations based on market opportunity, healthcare system dynamics, regulatory, access, supply, and market readiness.
- Partner with Global Market Access and HEOR to translate payer value strategy, pricing scenarios, economic models, Global Value Dossier, payer communications, and access insights into brand strategy, launch planning, and affiliate planning tools.
- Manage the global commercial budget with Finance to align investment priorities, resource allocation, and budget phasing with strategic objectives and launch readiness.
- Lead strategic workstreams, business case development, and scenario planning; provide executive-level recommendations.
- Develop, track, assess, and align the organization around key launch performance metrics.
- Provide commercial input into Strategic Lifecycle Plans for the cardiology portfolio and pipeline; partner with New Product Planning and Business Development to identify growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; MBA/MSc/PharmD or equivalent preferred.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience, including global/regional leadership.
- 5+ years in new product planning, portfolio strategy, commercial strategy, launch planning, or related role; cross-functional partnership and commercialization preparation.

- Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement, affordability, and healthcare system dynamics.
- Strong business acumen, financial management, resource prioritization, and executive communication.
- Experience in complex matrix organizations; high integrity and commitment to compliance.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus); 20β30% international travel.
- Experience building new commercial processes, launch planning frameworks, or operating models.
