Role
- Director of Solid Tumor Global Marketing supporting global marketing efforts for Genmabโ€™s late-stage solid tumor portfolio (focus: Solid Tumors including HNSCC and CRC), reporting to the VP, Global Brand Lead for Solid Tumors.

Responsibilities
- Implement core aspects of the Global Commercialization Strategy aligned to compound development to ensure successful launch and uptake across global markets.
- Coordinate with regional and development teams to deliver a cross-functionally aligned strategy (global brand plan; value/access dossier and pricing strategy; LRP/forecast).
- Develop brand positioning, market segmentation, and targeting to optimize launch and lifecycle management.
- Create and socialize deep disease-area ecosystem understanding (TPP benchmarks, patient flow/journey, competitive landscape, future access landscape).
- Create market development initiatives (unbranded disease-area & MOA education; stakeholder relationships).
- Develop brand name/identity, customer segmentation, global positioning, and message platform.
- Direct business analysis (key segments, drivers, priorities, growth opportunities) and synchronize regional marketing/promotional initiatives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech marketing experience focused on oncology/solid tumors.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills; ability to translate scientific information into commercial strategies.
- Demonstrated success developing/implementing global oncology marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management; collaborative, able to decide amid uncertainty.

Requirements
- Analyze market insights and integrate into brand/commercial strategies.
- Matrix leadership/influencing without direct authority; strong communication.
- Create/execute market entry and brand strategy for new oncology products (focus on gynecological tumors).
- Foster relationships with KOLs, patient advocacy groups, and professional societies.
- Solid experience in pre-launch/launch for oncology products.
- Travel: 25%.

Location
- Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site at Princeton, NJ.
