Role
The Director of Solid Tumor Global Marketing (reporting to the VP, Global Brand Lead for Solid Tumors, Global Marketing) will support global marketing for Genmabβs late-stage solid tumor portfolio (Solid Tumors, including HNSCC and CRC). Builds and implements global marketing plans, foundational brand strategy elements, and market entry strategy.
Responsibilities
- Implement core Global Commercialization Strategy aligned with compound development strategy to ensure successful launch and uptake globally.
- Coordinate with regional and development teams on: global brand plan, global value/access dossier and pricing strategy, and LRP/forecast.
- Develop brand positioning, market segmentation, and targeting for launch and lifecycle management.
- Develop and socialize deep disease area ecosystem understanding (TPP benchmarks, patient flow/journey, competitive landscape, and future access).
- Create market development initiatives (unbranded disease area & MOA education; stakeholder relationships).
- Develop brand name/identity, customer segmentation, global positioning, and message platform.
- Analyze business to identify key segments, drivers, priorities, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional markets to align regionally led initiatives and promotional strategy.
- Manage marketing budget and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years pharma/biotech marketing with oncology/solid tumors focus.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking; translate science into commercial strategy.
- Demonstrated success developing/implementing global oncology marketing strategies.
- Leadership, communication, and team management.
Requirements
- Analyze market insights and integrate into brand/commercial strategies.
- Matrix management/influencing without authority; exceptional communication.
- Create and execute market entry and brand strategy for new oncology products (focus on gynecological tumors).
- Foster relationships with KOLs, patient advocacy groups, and societies.
- Proven pre-launch and launch success in oncology; deep solid tumor landscape knowledge.
- Resourceful, decisive, proactive; manage multiple priorities.
- Travel: 25%.
Location
Hybrid; 3 days/week on-site at Princeton, NJ.
