Role: Director, Global Market Access Oncology Early Assets & Business Development, focusing on integrating access, value, and pricing strategies into oncology product development to optimize portfolio value and lifecycle management. Responsibilities: lead early market access strategies for pipeline oncology assets, inform clinical development and evidence generation plans, evaluate access and pricing in business development activities, and monitor external market dynamics for strategic insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical development, commercialization, HEOR, and Medical to ensure access considerations are incorporated from early phases. Qualifications: undergraduate degree required; MBA, MPH, PharmD or similar advanced degree preferred; 8+ years in Market Access, HEOR, or commercial roles within oncology/hematology. Deep understanding of drug development, HTA, reimbursement landscapes, and payer perspectives essential. Scientific background, particularly in oncology, supporting clinical trial design and outcomes research is highly advantageous. Experience in global or US markets, with a track record in strategy and valuation, is required. High-value specifics: focus on oncology (early pipeline, indications), lifecycle management, health economics, and market access within complex and evolving reimbursement environments. Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategy Integration, with a hybrid work setup based in Princeton, NJ. The role involves strategic leadership in a high-impact biopharma setting, emphasizing collaboration across functions and external stakeholders.
