Director, Global Market Access

Role: Senior leader responsible for developing and executing global market access strategies for uniQure's gene therapy and rare disease portfolio, focusing primarily on ex-US markets. Responsibilities: lead pricing, reimbursement, and access planning across multiple regions (Europe, APAC, LATAM, Middle East, CIS); collaborate with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align strategies with product lifecycle; manage IRP, MFN, and dossier submissions for HTA and non-HTA markets; support US market access initiatives; and build internal and external stakeholder relationships. Qualifications: 8-10 years in pharma or consultancy, with expertise in rare/orphan diseases, gene therapy, and global access strategy development; strong understanding of international reimbursement systems, US payer engagement, and experience with IRP, MFN, and global dossiers. Preferred: product launch experience in gene therapy; advanced degree; finance, economic, or science background.
