Reporting to the SVP, Market Access, the role develops and executes global market access strategies for uniQure products, with primary emphasis on Ex-US markets.

Responsibilities:
- Lead global pricing, reimbursement, and access strategies for rare disease/gene therapy programs (primary focus: ex-US).
- Partner with regional, medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align access strategy with product development, launch planning, and lifecycle management.
- Drive access planning and reimbursement strategy across UK, Europe, APAC, LATAM, Middle East, and CIS.
- Manage IRP and MFN considerations; Global Value and AMCP dossiers; and HTA/non-HTA reimbursement submissions.
- Ensure consistent, locally relevant value propositions with internal and external partners.
- Support Ex-US distribution strategies to ensure product availability to selected markets.
- Provide strategic input to governance forums and cross-functional decision-making for global access strategy.
- Support US market access engagement as needed (payer value positioning and US access considerations).
- Translate market insights into recommendations for launch readiness, access optimization, and global alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 8–10 years pharma industry and/or consultancy experience; ideally in rare/orphan diseases and gene therapy.
- Strong ex-US access strategy experience (Europe, APAC, LATAM, Middle East, CIS).
- Solid understanding of US payer engagement and reimbursement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence pricing/reimbursement strategy.
- Plus: rare disease/gene therapy launch experience.
- Hands-on experience with IRP, MFN, Global Value Dossiers, AMCP dossiers, and HTA/non-HTA submissions.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.
- BS/BA required (finance/economic/science preferred); advanced degree preferred.

Location/Work:
- Preferred: US East Coast or Western Europe; primarily remote with ~25% travel.
