Role: Director, Global Compensation at a biopharma company focused on oncology and RAS-addicted cancers, responsible for developing and governing scalable, global compensation programs aligned with business strategies. Responsibilities: translate total rewards strategy into frameworks for base salary, incentives, equity, and market pricing; establish governance, KPIs, controls, and audit mechanisms; collaborate with HR and finance for program effectiveness, budgeting, and scenario analysis; develop clear communication strategies and educate stakeholders; oversee compensation tools and technology, including Workday enhancements. Requirements: 10+ years in total rewards or compensation, with senior-level experience in global frameworks, governance, pay equity, and regulatory considerations; proven ability to advise senior leadership, develop recommendations, and influence decisions; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred: experience in biotech/pharma scaling, executive compensation, equity management, and relevant certifications (e.g., CCP).
