Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end commercial strategic planning (including scenario planning) for assigned pipeline assets through early development, launch readiness, and commercialization.
- Develop target market analysis: treatment paradigms, competitive landscape, unmet need, positioning, and value proposition.
- Drive Target Product Profile (TPP) development/updates with program teams to shape clinical, HEOR, evidence generation, and differentiation priorities.
- Develop and maintain product-specific long-range plans with opportunity assessments (epidemiology/patient flow modeling, market sizing/pricing assumptions, competition, access dynamics).
- Partner with CI to monitor pipeline/clinical data/regulatory milestones/launches and provide actionable strategy.
- Direct market research objectives, study design, and interpretation.
- Integrate patient/caregiver/HCP/payer stakeholder insights across markets.
- Partner with Clinical and Medical Affairs to align evidence generation/publication with commercialization needs.
- Align global-to-local launch strategy with country teams/partners; lead launch readiness planning.
- Track post-launch performance and refine strategies to improve uptake.
- Lead strategic workstreams, prepare executive/governance presentations, and run annual/ad hoc strategic planning.
- Support BD&L via commercial diligence and asset valuation as needed.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/life sciences/business admin or related; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years progressively responsible pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
- 5+ years in new product planning/portfolio/commercial strategy and go-to-market planning with internal stakeholders.
- Neurology/neuroendocrine/neuromuscular/rare disease experience a plus.

Key Skills:
- Strategic product planning across early/mid/late-stage programs; translate science/data into recommendations.
- Strong communication with governance committees/C-suite; lead in matrix environments.
- Cross-functional collaboration and alignment; learning agility.
- Travel up to 30%.
