We are searching for a Director, Global Commercial Insights & Analytics, Oncology to be in Raritan, New Jersey.
Role Description:
- Lead a team of 7 competitive intelligence, market research, forecasting and analytics professionals to shape oncology pipeline strategy in GU disease areas (bladder & prostate cancer primarily).
- Partner across the value chain to enable clinical development and commercialization and maximize pipeline value.
- Core member of GCSO GCI Oncology and GU DAS leadership teams; partner with commercial, medical affairs, market access and R&D leaders on key strategic projects.

- Mentor and coach team members on leadership skills.
- Manage team capacity to meet dynamic business needs and ensure business continuity.

- Deliver business impact through integrated insights and analytics.
Team Capability:
- Enhance insights/analytics for global commercial processes (strategy development, governance input, annual budget planning, LRFP, BD commercial evaluations).
- Build partnerships and new ways of working with stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency across market research, competitive intelligence and forecasting.
- Shape and drive core GU business cycle deliverables.
Partner With Regions and Stakeholders:
- Ensure timely LRFP implementation and execution of global guidance.
- Coordinate market research and competitive intelligence projects.
- Support strategic processes (annual budget planning, BD).
- Drive insights and best-practice sharing.
- Track strategic KPIs (performance, launch).
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare (or related) industry experience.
- Commercial function experience required (marketing, market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, or related).
- Oncology background preferred.
- Advanced communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and pull through solutions.
- Ability to build cross-functional teams/business structures to solve complex challenges.
- Proven ability influencing senior leaders at all levels.
- Proven experience leading a team of direct reports.
- Ability to drive improvement in ways of working, GCI processes/tools/technology.
May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
