Position Summary
The Global Commercial Multiple Myeloma Director sets strategic vision/strategy for MM CAR T (MM CAR T go-to-market and launch strategy/readiness for arlo-cel LCM) and provides commercial strategy/planning for new MM assets entering late-stage development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development/execution of strategic brand plan, GTM, and global launch plan for arlo-cel lifecycle opportunities.
- Build an insight-driven continuous learning culture.
- Lead arlo-cel LCM: WW launch readiness; commercial opportunity assessments and geographic expansion (market/competitive/pricing); translate insights/performance into trade-offs and actionable recommendations for leadership/governance.
- Align with Hematology commercial teams; synthesize cross-functional inputs into franchise-level MM CT brand plan.
- Develop commercial strategy for new MM assets in late development.
- Lead enablement (campaign frameworks, messaging, competitive tools), oversee agency management/budgets, and prioritize congress/scientific engagement.
- Partner on governance decisions (e.g., indication expansion, activation, timing delays, slot allocation); serve as primary global commercial partner to selected markets.
- Coordinate patient advocacy and stakeholder engagement; lead IR/corporate message pressure-testing for arlo-cel LCM/new assets.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years biopharma experience.
- Bachelorβs required (life sciences preferred); advanced degree preferred (MBA/MD/PhD/PharmD).
- Launch experience (growth brands/indication expansions) in competitive markets (US/global); MM and cell therapy experience preferred.
- Strong commercial instincts; matrix/cross-functional leadership; ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; strong analytical/organizational skills; knowledge of end-to-end development/commercialization; proficiency with IT/program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
Compensation/Benefits (as listed)
- Starting compensation range: $202,030β$244,810 (Madison-Giralda, NJ and Princeton, NJ).
