Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead integrated U.S. digital marketing strategy and annual priorities for FILSPARI across HCP and patient/caregiver audiences (branded and unbranded; current and potential future indications).
- Build customer journeys, channel roadmaps, engagement sequencing, and coordinated plans across digital and personal channels; apply Travere’s omnichannel strategy and operating model.
- Own digital channel strategy, media mix, activation, budget/investment allocation, optimization, and partner recommendations; lead HCP and patient/caregiver media targeting.
- Own and manage the FILSPARI digital marketing budget; allocate across channels/partners to meet marketing/business objectives.
- Lead paid media strategy/activation (media planning, SEO/SEM, social, in-year optimization, emerging channels).
- Lead CRM/email strategy, segmentation, personalization, and first-party data activation (journeys, triggers, testing), ensuring required privacy/legal/compliance reviews.
- Define digital asset requirements by channel (formats, sequencing, testing, refresh); oversee HCP/patient brand content strategy, messaging, creative, production, and approvals.
- Partner on brand-owned FILSPARI websites (site actions, UX, SEO, analytics, testing, performance optimization).
- Apply measurement framework; define KPIs, attribution needs, reporting cadence, and test-and-learn priorities.
- Liaise between agency partners and Brand Marketing for performance reporting; review/challenge insights and present recommendations.
- Lead media agency of record and media measurement partner management (contracts, resourcing, quality, performance expectations, issue resolution).
- Ensure digital/omnichannel activation meets standards for CX, data use, interoperability, accessibility, privacy, technology, and governance.
- Lead Associate Director, Digital Marketing; develop independent workstreams and recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally to advance FILSPARI priorities and readiness for future indications; monitor competitive/digital landscape.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences or related (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years progressive marketing experience in biotech/pharma or related agency.
- Proven people management; accountable for digital marketing strategy, teams/agencies, budgets, and operational results.
- Demonstrated omnichannel leadership and experience leading brand-level adoption/change management.

Additional skills/experience (preferred):
- Leadership in regulated pharmaceutical/biotech digital marketing for HCP and patient/caregiver audiences.
- Deep expertise in paid media, CRM/email, websites, SEO/SEM, social, analytics/reporting, omnichannel activation, and optimization.
- Ownership of digital budgets and experience managing media agency of record and measurement partners.
- Strong analytical fluency; executive communication and influence; strong program/project management.
- Working knowledge of promotional review, privacy, accessibility, cybersecurity, and digital governance.
- Rare disease/nephrology and/or product launch/indication-expansion experience.
- Travel up to 30% domestically.

Compensation (explicit): Target base pay range $189,000–$246,000 + short-term incentive and long-term incentive (company stock).
