Role: Director, Field Reimbursement Lead – West, overseeing a regional team supporting Takeda Oncology's patient access and reimbursement strategies within the US. Responsibilities: lead and develop a high-performing team of reimbursement professionals across all care sites; foster collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners; shape access strategies, monitor performance metrics, and leverage data to address access barriers; ensure compliant execution of initiatives and stakeholder engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; 10+ years in biotech/pharma including 5+ years in patient access/reimbursement; 2+ years’ ‘buy and bill’ experience; 3+ years leading reimbursement teams in a matrix environment; deep expertise in oncology, payer dynamics, specialty pharmacy, copay assistance, HUB services, and launch experience preferred.
